| Regeneration | Rinse the column with 50 mL of a 50 mmol/L tartaric acid at a flow of 0.3 mL/min. Then rinse with 50 mL of a mixture of 50% 5 mmol/L tartaric acid and 50% acetonitrile at a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min. |
