    Regeneration

    Rinse with 50 mL of a 0.05 mol/L solution of Na4EDTA at a flow of 0.5 mL/min. Afterwards, rinse with 0.1 mol/L NaOH at 0.5 mL/min for 1 h.

    Organic contamination:
    Rinse with 70% methanol at 1.0 mL/min for 12 h.
    It may be useful to add 1% 
    acetic acid.
